The Career Development Senior Manager will report to the Senior Director of Talent Development and lead L.
E.
K.
's career development function with a particular focus on performance and talent management.
Responsibilities:
The Career Development Senior Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Career Development program (performance / talent management) across all U.
S.
offices, in collaboration with the Senior Director of Talent Development, Career Development Sr.
Coordinator, and other Career Development team members.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Identifying critical workforce requirements (e.
g.
, skills, competencies, and performance outcomes) necessary to achieve current and future business results Collaborating in the planning, development and execution of the Career Development function for consulting staff Leading performance management, overseeing monitoring of project and career development history for consulting staff Administering talent assessment, including managing of upward feedback process for consulting staff Evaluating Career Development effectiveness through data analysis, collaborating with our People Analytics team to prepare metrics to ensure business needs are met Leading workforce and career progression evaluation, leading quarterly review meetings for all US offices and industry Sector teams Leading performance assessment, intervention, and development, including management of Performance Improvement Plans Liaising as point of contact for inquiries regarding the Career Development function for consulting staff Managing day to day administration of the Career Development program across all US offices.
Ensuring Career Development policies and practices are understood and followed by all stakeholders Collaborating on other Career Development / HR related tasks as required
Qualifications:

years of professional experience 5
years of talent development experience (preferred) Exceptional organization Proven result in environments with complex project management responsibilities including:
Developing workplans Directly assigning and managing tasks of direct reports Assigning and coordinating tasks for large numbers of staff (100+) through formal influence up, down, and across and organization Flexible to maintain focus on big picture while directing the tasks of others, assigning administrative tasks to self and being exceptionally detail-oriented on output of self and others Clear, concise written and verbal communication (including associated gravitas, poise, and credibility), particularly with senior stakeholders Outstanding meeting facilitation skills, including facilitating large discussions with stakeholders of varying seniority Proven success developing insights and conclusions through analyzing vast datasetsModerate to advanced Excel acumen (e.
g.
, functions and formulas across sheets, building dynamic references, etc.
) Ability to develop and reflect on insights and processes to draw conclusions and propose improvements Experience within professional services and / or performance management functions, ideally both within strategy consulting preferred Experience leading a team with direct reporting relationships and managerial responsibilities Experience developing a compelling narrative to win support for proposals and / or initiatives using MS PPT Bachelor's degree required Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment Candidates responding to this posting must currently possess eligibility to work in the United States L.

In California and New York, the base salary is between $110,000 - $140,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level.
